FTC and FCC Compliance

Varolii is quite familiar with, and watches for changes in, the federal and state laws and regulations affecting electronic and recorded message communications with consumers. Under our services agreement, however, our customers are responsible for the content, timing and target of any message they send from our platform.  As such, our customers should involve their own compliance office or legal counsel to ensure a project complies with federal and state laws and regulations, and meets with their company’s policies. 

Varolii nonetheless will actively engage with a client during the specification process to assist in creating applications that conform to the client’s interpretation of the legal requirements, in consultation with Varolii’s subject matter experts including the Varolii’s legal counsel.
