Reporting the the EVP Field Operations and supporting Varolii’s Field Leadership Team, the ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a growing company of diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

An important component of this role extends beyond the traditional definition of an Executive Assistant – this role will mange critical sales projects ensuring that teams are aligned and working to committed deadlines. This will include managing sales forecasting, budgeting, sales and services alignment projects – timelines, resources and deliverables. This position is a key role that works closely with not only the Field Leadership Team, but also with the Services, Engineering, Operations and Finance teams.

This position is responsible for providing general administrative assistance in the Professional Services department of Varolii. This role will generate reports, reconcile invoices, assist in performing work order and PSA tool administration/data entry, and provide general support as assigned.

This is a part-time position and the hours will be twenty hours a week with at least four hours on Thursday. The schedule allows for some flexibility on other days/hours worked.

This position will play an important role in the continued development of the Accounting/Finance organization. This position reports to the Revenue Manager and will interact with the sales and legal personnel.

The Varolii Product Management Team is the company’s central point to gather, coordinate, prioritize and document customer, market and company business requirements. The Product Management team plans and guides Varolii Product offerings through all stages of the Varolii product lifecycle.

Varolii Product Engineering is looking for bright minds to help design, implement, and maintain a library of reusable modules to capture the best practices behind our notification products. The module engineer will work collaboratively with their lead, the Quality Assurance team, Product Management, and the Professional Services team to design and construct the building blocks for Varolii’s notification applications using cutting-edge visual programming tools.

This position reports into the Production Support group within Varolii’s Customer Management organization. Application Monitoring Technicians are responsible for proactively identifying and troubleshooting application and system issues that fall outside the scope of existing automated monitoring systems.

Using web applications, production dashboards and internal reporting systems, monitor application and system health, especially relating to high visibility and recently modified applications.

This role works closely with Production Support, Customer Advocates, Change Review Board and Professional Services.  This position is a 3-6 month contract.

Customer Advocates (CA) will be responsible for maintaining post-launch customer relationships or ongoing partner relationships. CAs will be responsible for project management of all Professional Services deliverables, for example, change orders, support tickets, consulting sessions. They will ultimately be responsible for the customers’ or partners’ overall Customer Satisfaction with Varolii Corporation.

The CAs working with direct customers will be introduced to the customer during the implementation process, particularly, the kickoff, development signoff, and launch meetings. They will transition the lead from the Application Engineer who implemented the project starting with the Go Live milestone. At the completion of the 30-day post-production tuning, the CA will be acting as the primary point of contact and the Application Engineer will be a secondary resource. The Customer Advocate will continue to nurture the strong customer relationship built by the primary Application Engineer.

Customer Advocates will be responsible for keeping customer applications up-to-date with regard to the latest Varolii features. On a regular basis, they will monitor and review existing applications for adherence to best practices and feature availability. These assessments will be provided to the customer on a regular schedule depending on the service level package the customer has purchased.

Customer Advocates (CA) will be responsible for maintaining relationships with Varolii Customers with applications that are already in production. They will ultimately be responsible for overall Customer Satisfaction for Varolii.

The CA will be introduced to the customer when production preview meetings and go-live meetings begin. They will be introduced to the Customer by the Sales Engineer/Project Manager at the Go Live and will work hand-in-hand with the SE/PM for the 30-day tuning phase. By the time the tuning calls are complete, the CA will be primary and the SE will be a back up resource. The Customer Advocate will continue and nurture the strong customer relationship built by the primary Sales Engineer.

Customer Advocates will be responsible for keeping customer applications as up to date as possible. They will on a regular basis monitor and review existing applications for adherence to best practices. In addition, they will rate the application against other applications in similar industries/business environments. These assessments will be provided to the customer on a regular basis depending on the level of service the customer has purchased.

This role will be responsible for providing the value in the level 1 and 2 Support Package offerings --- they will provide varied levels of proactive monitoring/scoring.

Varolii is looking for a Director of Customer Management to lead the team to excellence. The Director of CM will have direct reports from 4 primary teams and will ultimately be responsible for the success of the following groups: a Production Support team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers operating in a 24/7 environment, a Customer Advocacy team tasked with the ongoing support of major customer accounts, a team of Application Modification Engineers focused on revisions to existing customer applications and a Media Services team. This position requires proven leadership and an ability to understand and adapt to the team dynamics within the Varolii organization in order to create and maintain quality customer service offerings. Additionally, this position will require a passion and sense of urgency for delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is a key role and the successful candidate will balance the tactical day-to-day decision making and execution with the long-term/strategic thinking required to build a scalable organization.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing the full life-cycle of an application delivered in the SaaS model, with particular expertise in application/customer support and maintenance.

The Director of CM will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Professional Services, Technology and Business Operations.

The Manager of Modifications will lead a team of modifications engineers responsible for scoping, designing, implementing and testing customer-requested changes to existing production applications.

The Manager of Modifications will evaluate, assign and track modification requests, and monitor general resource allocation. In addition, the Manager of Modifications will be responsible for identifying areas of process improvement in a newly evolving team.

Senior Customer Advocates (SCA) will be responsible for maintaining relationships with Varolii Customers with applications that are already in production. They will ultimately be responsible for overall Customer Satisfaction for Varolii.

These assessments will be provided to the customer on a regular basis depending on the level of service the customer has purchased.

This role will be responsible for providing much of the value in the level 3 and 4 Support package offerings --- will provide varied levels of proactive monitoring/scoring. The SCA will have an eye out for cross-sell opportunities and should be comfortable in an open relationship with Sales.

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is protecting and growing the revenue from a portfolio of existing Varolii customers. In that capacity the Account Manager will develop strategic relationships with all key decision makers and influencers within the customer account. The Account Manager will gain a thorough understanding of the key business drivers impacting the customer account and develop comprehensive strategies that align the value of the Varolii service with the customers’ key objectives. The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within existing accounts through the sale of additional applications. The Account Manager is responsible for protecting the revenue from existing accounts by completing multi-year contractual renewals

This position will be responsible for full-lifecycle application development, implementation, and support for internal IT systems including custom and 3^rd party vendor solutions. Scope includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, prototype/development/configuration, testing and implementation of Varolii IT Enterprise Application solutions.

We are seeking an energetic, innovative, customer-focused individual to join our IT Enterprise Infrastructure team. This position will be responsible for a full-lifecycle development and support of the daily operations of IT infrastructure and networking functions.
