For instance, with agent pre-transfer integration, or "warm transfer," we'll stay on the line with the customer until an agent is available. When connected, a screen pop will deliver data to the agent's desktop and empower a personalized exchange from the very beginning.
Or, for fully integrated CTI, the screen pop delivers data before the connection, saving the Agent time.
