Each advocate works through a proven process for optimization that includes platform performance analysis, review of live and recorded communications, and results assessment. Opportunities for improvement are consistently identified in order to continually increase your application's performance.

Analysis & Review

Client Advocates consistently review your solution’s performance through standard and custom reports that provide detailed customer response information, trending over time, comparison of performance against industry peers and more. They coordinate monthly and quarterly reviews to keep you updated and make sure your application is on track with your business objectives. They also make recommendations for improvements based on findings and track the impact of any changes implemented.

Message Mastering

Your Client Advocate also coordinates and participates in Message Mastering sessions. These are interactive sessions with Varolii’s Media Services team – experienced voice talent and audio experts that help you craft and record your message according to Varolii best practices, focusing on tone, style and timing. Other factors such as call-to-action, flow, menus, and IVR navigation are also assessed. The result is a message that is relevant to your customers and gets the desired response.
