The delivery of a voice message is a dynamic process requiring an interactive listening-prompting solution. We have several methods of increasing accuracy to determine whether a recipient is a voice mail or live person. These methods include listening to initial energy, length of that energy, prompting the user to DTMF and listening for interruptions.
