How it Works
Call Me Now automatically launches a text message to your customers and allows them to respond via text if they’re available to talk. Based on the response, Varolii can either connect them with a live agent or complete the conversation through an automated call.

This feature also gives you the added flexibility to determine when the follow-up interaction takes place, e.g., “we will be calling you from 800-555-1212 in the next few minutes.” Or you can let your customers take the next step, e.g., “to have a representative call you within the next 45 minutes, reply ‘HELP’.”
