Giving Back

Varolii is committed to giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Our charitable giving program, Varolii Gives, offers employees the opportunity to support organizations through community services and volunteer time, goods and services donations and individual financial contributions. On occasion, Varolii also provides  targeted corporate donations and matching contributions. Some of the organizations that have benefitted from Varolii Gives include:

In a typical year, Varolii employees in Seattle and Burlington volunteer 180 hours of their time to their communities. These efforts have resulted in 5,400 meals to feed hungry families, hundreds of holiday gifts to those less fortunate during the holidays, $30,000 to disaster relief efforts and more than $15,000 in personal financial donations to deserving charities.

For the past three years, Varolii has partnered with a charitable organization for the company’s annual holiday party. This year, Varolii is teaming with Fare Start, an organization that transforms the lives of those less fortunate through life skills, job training and employment in the food service industry.  

Going Green

Varolii embraces green practices. These include encouraging electronic file sharing over printing whenever possible, recycling, and our "Think Outside the Bottle" pledge to replace bottled water with filtered water. Eco-friendly products are used in our kitchens and our food waste recycling program now includes composting.
